Client
RecycleSmart provide an on-demand recycling home pick-up service in Sydney. They wanted to validate the idea of a subscription service.
Problem
For RecycleSmart's business model to be sustainable, they need customers to create a routine of recycling - but only 46% of customers have used the service more than once.
Constraints
The whole project was run remotely - from client liaison to user research and testing.
What we delivered
Users flows & wireframes for a membership service, and a roadmap to position themselves as the hero brand for recycling in Australia.
